Most of Vunolin's lessons, questions, explanations, and voice tutor replies are produced by large language models. These models can be confidently wrong: they sometimes invent facts, mix up details, or repeat outdated information.

Treat AI output as a strong study companion, not as the last word. When the topic is important, cross-check with a textbook, an official source, or a teacher you trust.

Vunolin can explain a topic and quiz you on it, but it cannot replace a qualified human professional. The service is not, and should never be used as, a substitute for:

Content you upload

You are responsible for any files, notes, or text you upload. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use, anything illegal, anything containing other people's personal data without their consent, or anything that puts our service or other users at risk. Repeat violations close accounts.

Service availability

Vunolin is provided as is and as available. Even with our best efforts, the service can go offline for maintenance, slow down at peak times, or behave unexpectedly because of issues at our hosting and AI providers. We aim to fix problems quickly and to notify you when major incidents happen.

Account security is shared

We protect the service with industry-standard measures and you protect your account with a strong, unique password and (recommended) two-factor authentication. If you reuse your password elsewhere, get phished, or share access, we cannot fully prevent the consequences. Email us as soon as you suspect compromise.

No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, that AI output will be accurate, or that it will meet your specific learning goals. None of this affects any mandatory consumer rights you have under your local law.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, lost-profit, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

You agree to indemnify us in some cases

If a third party brings a claim against us because of how you used the service (for example, content you uploaded that infringed their rights, or your serious misuse of the platform), you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur defending that claim. This does not apply where the claim arose from our own wrongdoing.
